2. Eligibility

By using this website or purchasing our Products, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

3. Products

Adriannula Studio offers digital products, including templates, planners, resources, and other downloadable materials.

Product descriptions, screenshots, and demonstrations are provided to help you make an informed purchasing decision.

3a. Custom 3D Visualization Services (ArchViz)

For individual commissions regarding architectural and design visualization services (B2B):

• Services are performed based on individual arrangements and cost estimates agreed upon via email.
• Payment is processed through the Useme platform (with a VAT invoice issued) or based on a dedicated civil-law contract.
• The project turnaround time is calculated from the moment the Client provides complete project documentation (CAD files, PDFs, material specifications).
• The base price includes two rounds of revisions. Additional changes or alterations to project assumptions during the execution phase are priced individually.
• The Service Provider reserves the right to publish the completed work in their portfolio and on social media for promotional purposes (while respecting the Client's project launch date).

4. Orders and Payments

Purchases are currently processed through Gumroad.

Prices are displayed at checkout.

Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected by the payment platform where required by law.

5. Digital Delivery

Products are delivered digitally.

Delivery is typically immediate after successful payment.

6. License

Your purchase grants you a personal license to use the Product.

Your use of our Products is governed by our Digital Product License Agreement, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
